honor your moon time

I’m going to take a guess and say it’s your moon time, too. Or, it’s coming up.

What’s a moon time? Your Moon Time is your period. It’s referred to as Moon Time, as our cycles sync with the moon.

Mine happens to come a few days before the Full Moon at the moment; but each cycle is different. Sometimes it’ll be the Full Moon, sometimes the Waxing Crescent, sometimes the New Moon.

Society has taught us that our Moon Time is something we need to dread, to hate, + to try to avoid as much as possible. It’s unsanitary, uncomfortable, + unattractive.

As modern society has shown time + time again, these opinions are completely unaligned + make no sense.

Our Moon Time is a gift we should cherish; as the life-bearers of society, we hold the power of the world in our wombs. When our Moon Time comes, it’s a call for us to sink into our divine power, + rest.

In older times, women had sacred spaces they retreated to when their periods began, because getting your period was treated as a sacred ceremony.

It’s a time to connect with yourself, + the divine, by being still + listening to your body’s needs. The urge to rest is strong during this time, + should be honored.

Allow yourself to rest. Allow yourself to take time for you during your sacred time. Honor your body + the gift you bring to humanity, by being still.

Women are plagued with stress related and reproductive issues such as cramps, endometriosis, infertility, + more, now more than ever; so it’s good to take care of ourselves the best way we can to set an example for future generations of women to come.

Nourish your body + soul during your Moon Time, so when your cycle ends, you flow with rejuvenated energy until your next cycle.

If you want extra nourishment during your period, Moon Time Relief offers plenty of high vibrational, nurturing energy with the natural properties of herbs, to help relieve cramps, reduce bloating, + balance your mood, so you can enjoy your rest, while you rest.

May your Moon Time be filled with peace, love, + plenty of nourishment.
